When you use Feelinks, we may collect:

• Session messages — what you write during a Feelinks session
• Body locations — areas you identify during somatic exploration
• Emotional themes — patterns the AI identifies across your sessions
• Email address — if you create an account
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card number)

• To provide the service — your session data powers the personalized experience
• To improve the AI — we may use anonymized, aggregated patterns internally to improve Feelinks. This data is never shared with third parties.
• Research — only with your explicit opt-in consent, and always anonymized

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your session messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized responses. This means your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's data handling practices apply to this processing. You can review Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

Anthropic does not use data sent through their API to train their models.

Your data is stored on Supabase in the EU region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management via Supabase Auth. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies.

We work with the following service providers:

• Anthropic — AI processing (Claude API)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting
• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your data
• Export your data

Your session data is stored for as long as you maintain your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@feelinks.ai. Upon deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Feelinks is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used Feelinks, please contact us at hello@feelinks.ai and we will delete their data.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Feelinks after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
